What am I paying for? What is free transfer vs. transfer rate?

With SesameVault, you only pay for uploading, downloading and streaming your content. If you happen to transfer more than the free transfer amount allotted to your account each month, you simply pay the per GB transfer rate associated with your plan. You can even set a maximum monthly payment to ensure you are not hit with any unexpectedly large transfer charges.

Is this a long term commitment?

SesameVault is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month and no more.

Can I change plans at any time?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply click on the “Account” tab from within your account and you’ll see all your options. When upgrading your plan, changes will take effect immediately. When downgrading your plan, changes will occur at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. At this time we are unable to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
